REVIEW

Wow I just devoured this book. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good and now I am regretting not having read books 1-4 but as soon as I finish writing this review I need to read Mourning Sun immediately. Though Nine Lives is the 5th in the series, it can be read as a stand alone. Didn’t have any issues reading it although I would have enjoyed it more if I read it from its original order. I do have the books, I just hadn’t had the time to read it in order. I am babbling again, sorry guys okay now for the actual review –

Mairin just got married to her gorgeous vampire and that leaves Kerry feeling alone but with her super hot wereboyfriend-soon-to-be-fiancee everything seems to going great for Kerry until Meg arrived. Soon after Meg arrived, Kerry and Xavier’s relationship becomes sh*tty and to top that, Kerry soon finds out that she’s pregnant. Xavier was very irritating in this book and he seemed weak for not having the will power to overcomes Megs hold on him. It sucks really and I just hate him. Kerrys baby seems to be a big puzzle in the coming books and I would love to read what will happen next. I just got to know Kerry but I love her character immediately and her dying in Nine Lives sucked triple time. Overall the writing was awesome and though this was a short read it was amazing and gripping. Richardson has a unique ability of storytelling and I am looking forward to reading more of her work!
